The master bedroom is overlooking the Salt Marsh with a panoramic view framed by a huge Andersen Bay Window. The view is to the North and both website "Banner" pictures shown above were photographed from the master bedroom window.
The daily changing view is breathtaking and offers spectacular vistas each season. The Salt Marsh has been described as a changing watercolor artwork. The chirping of the birds is the daily wake up call. Cardinals, Black Birds, Seagulls, Geese, Ducks and other small birds are seen daily, Swans from time-to-time, occasionally a Great Blue Heron and once in a while a Red-Tail Hawk.
The room is generous sized with the large bay window and a smaller window to the West. It has a "chimney-stub" for a wood-burning stove. The floors are "wide-pine" natural wood planks. The heat is by hot-water-baseboards, controlled by an energy-saver, digital setback-timer thermostat.
An oversized closet along the full width of the room has sliding mirror doors. Inside there are a double-row of closet rods offering over 26 linear feet of hanging space. Behind the closet-rod there is another 40 sft. of floor space under the eaves for extra storage.

The second bedroom in the main-part of the house has a quaint feeling with a dormer-style ceiling, and a spectacular view of the marsh through a sliding-glass door leading to the upper deck of the house.
The deck offers unlimited views of the Salt Marsh to the East, North and West with complete privacy while sunbathing or relaxing.
There are no neighbors within 800 ft and this privacy will be forever preserved due to environmental conservation restrictions of the marsh.
This deck is the perfect place for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the afternoon while viewing the ever-changing colors and scenery of the Marsh.

The third bedroom with its own full bathroom is above the office space, with its own separate entrance to the parking. The room has a spectacular view of the Marsh through an Andersen 3-pane, picture window. It offers complete privacy from the rest of the house, potentially serving as an In-law apartment, a private room for a teenager or a quests.
The room has previously served as an office with its own bathroom for the Managers office, or as a private office.
The room has several "nooks" for storage, that can be easily converted to closets. Heating is controlled by energy-saving, digital timer-controlled thermostats, through hot-water baseboard elements.
