The home is hooked-up to the Town of Dennis Minicipal water supply.

There are 2 separate water meters installed supplying the home and the business side of the structure.

The sewage flows into a Title-5 septic system. The system was tested and certified by a licensed Septic Engineer and granted a certification until the fall of 2013.

The septic tank is pumped regularly and is treated monthly with environmentally friendly bacterial treatment add-ons to maintain a clean "bill of health".
