The living room is a unique focal point of the house. It is located on the West side of the downstairs and offer unique views to the outside. It has a panoramic, bay window facing the Marsh to the North. It has a sliding glass door facing West, opening to the 3rd little deck. It also has a sliding glass door into the Greenhouse, offering a view of the plants and flowers growing year around inside the greenhouse.

The living room has a working fireplace in the center of a floor-to-ceiling, wide brick chimney wall section, enclosed by a hand-carved, oriental fireplace mantle.

The room offers stunning sunsets in the very late afternoon, the only time direct sun reaches the room as a result of the many trees shielding the house from the West and direct sunlight.

The view to the Marsh offers beautiful vistas all day long and amazing night views resulting from an outside floodlight.
