The space in front of the residence and office combined have comfortable parking spaces for 10-12 cars, depe- nding on size. The surface is on a slight slope and is covered with local, blue-stone, gently sloping toward the Marsh for proper drainage.

The parking area is shaded by smaller trees on the East for morning shade and well protected from the afternoon sun by two huge trees on the West.

The entire parking is shielded from traffic and pedestri- ans by the small trees and shrubs along the street and the sidewalk running along the South side of the property.
